About Healthy Steps
We believe in inspiring you to be your best, both personally and professionally. We provide programs and resources to encourage you to Be Well, Live Well and Get Involved.
Healthy Steps is a six-week walking challenge that encourages healthy habits and global team building. The goal is to have each participant average 10,000 steps per day. Employees of all fitness levels are encouraged to participate. Participants will be assigned to a team within regional time zones.
Participants
All our employees, at all fitness levels are eligible to participate. Participation is voluntary. Interns, contractors and dependents are not eligible to participate. Participants must download the our Benefits app, join the challenge and pair a fitness tracking device or app in order to participate.
