Who can participate?

All our employees are eligible to participate in this voluntary program. At this time, dependents are not eligible.


How do I get started?

To get started, download the App. If you don't have a password, you will then need to enter your email and employee ID number. Once your identity has been verified, you will be prompted to set a password.
The benefits mobile app allows you to connect FitBit (IOS) or (Android), Apple Health or Google Fit to the Benefits app, automatically logging your daily steps.


How do I track my steps?

Steps can be tracked through the Benefits app. You may use any wearable tracking device that can record daily steps including FitBits, Apple Heatlh (Apple Watch), Google Fit (Google Wearables). (Garmin devices are not available at this time).


How do I download the Benefits app?

To download the benefits mobile app, visit the Google Play or Apple iTunes store. Once downloaded, enter your employee ID number and password to sign in.


How do I connect my FitBit / Apple Watch to the Benefits app?

Our benefits mobile app allows you to connect FitBit (IOS) or (Android), Apple Health or Google Fit to the Benefits app, automatically logging your daily steps.


The steps I’ve taken today are not showing in the app. How to I add them?

First, make sure you’ve paired a device to the Benefits app to track your steps. Once you’ve confirmed your device is connected, you may need to refresh any additional apps connected to your pairable device, like the FitBit app.


Can I pair two devices?

No, only one device may be used to track your steps for the challenge. Please do not change a paired devices during the challenge period.


My FitBit is showing I have steps counted, but they aren’t displayed in the Benefits app. What should I do?

Refresh your FitBit app to ensure your steps are accurate and current. From there, open the Benefits app and click on the Healthy Steps tile. Your steps should have automatically refreshed. Please note, you will need to refresh the FitBit app every few days to ensure your steps are tracking in the Healthy Steps app.
